We use state-of-the-art technology to protect your data from unauthorized third parties. Currently The Jackson Symphony Orchestra uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address as it is transmitted over the Internet. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
All personally identifiable user information is stored on our secured servers, behind a firewall at a data center. Access to data is strictly controlled with usernames and passwords. To help ensure the privacy of your data, we urge you not to share your username and password with anyone.
We may also combine the information we have gathered about you with information from other sources to better serve your needs. We may use third party contractors to help us operate our business and the Site and may share your information with these contractors for those limited purposes. Unless you tell us not to, we may use your personally identifiable information to contact you about offers or promotions we think you would be interested in. If you do not want to receive this information, indicate that we may not do so at the point where you give us your personally identifiable information. If you change your mind later, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Email messages will also provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. Please note that changes to your preferences may not be effective immediately.
We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties (other than in connection with the sale of our business), unless you allow us to.
We use non-personally identifiable information for internal purposes and to help us interact with visitors to the Site. We may also share non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate form with third parties to illustrate trends and patterns.
In the event that all of our business assets are transferred to or acquired by another company, your information will be one of the transferred assets. We will divulge your personal information to law enforcement officials if required to do so.
This Site is not intended for use by children. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information submitted by visitors to the Site who are under the age of 13.
The Site may contain links to other sites, including, among others, those of advertisers, other third parties and companies whose trademarks may appear on the Site. We are not responsible for the information collection practices or the content of the sites to which we link.
